Marketer & Strategist

Born and raised in Vancouver. Lived and learned in Halifax. With 7+ years of experience in marketing and strategy, I’ve had the privilege of getting my feet wet in a variety of industries and disciplines. Despite the diverse nature of my career, the nexus has always been around social innovation and impact.

My passion for social impact was catalyzed in high school when I organized a penny drive to raise funds for ending the use of child soldiers and supporting their recovery journey. It was my first time turning an idea into action, mobilizing people and gathering a community around a cause. My efforts made it to the front page of the local newspaper. This became one of those “aha moments” for me. Since then, I’ve never been too far away from effecting change.

Whether it be ideating and prototyping for a startup, fundraising for a non-profit or managing the lifecycles of creative projects — my practice is rooted in the human experience.

To solve a problem, we must first understand the story behind it and magnify it. I’ve found a knack for pulling that into cohesion through creative storytelling, strategic roadmaps, design thinking methodology, systems building, go-to-market strategies, user experience, and business operations. I’ve spent years in small teams creating remarkable things, overseeing cross-functional, multidisciplinary teams in tech, non-profit, creative, startup, and government settings.

When not strategizing for products and brands, you can find me eating through the city and planning my next adventure around the world.
